In the USA it has been released only on iTunes. In Europe it went high on charts (even too in my small country). It wasn't shelved at all.

You can make fun of Ciara for Go Girl's failure but you can't blame her for the choices her label made. Something tells me she didn't decide to make the song a "buzz" single.
