Because no damages was done to her car. And the police saw that. The entitled white lady just probably felt disrespected so she took it upon herself to call the police.

She didn't, did you watch the video? She explained the situation and stood there. She was unlawfully arrested and she had every right to resist (she barely resisted, she just turned around). She didn't commit a crime.
