She seems to be incompetent to surround herself with a team that's capable of handling an era properly. She doesnt even give her single a chance this way. How many times did they change 2nd singles? What's Ciara's roll in this? Unfortunately the era will be done after this fails to take off on urban. Seen it happen before and it will happen again, funny thing is, this won't even be the end of her. She'll be releasing another album and that era will be just as miserable.

I'll always support her, but it hurts rooting and supporting someone who basically don't give a ****.

1 - Because Overdose wasn't sent to pop (or any other format) after being sent to urban first.

2 - If the song flops on its format, it has a "flop" stigma and it struggles to cross over

3 - This wouldn't be the first time Epic messes up

4 - In order for the song to be launched at pop, they'll need money for the launching, the banners and the radio promo. That's the kind of money they don't seem to have it, or at least they haven't proved they're willing to spend it on Ciara.

If the adds were at least rhythmic radio, noone would complain.
