Exactly. First album just had Ellie Goulding as the biggest singer. Foxes and Matthew Koma BECAME big because of the first album, much like some singers will on this new one.
As Zedd said he went through a lot of singers for some songs and only wanted the perfect ones. While people like Elliot prefer musicians who sell out, Zedd isn't about that. He's not going to put a popular singer on one of his album songs if they are not a good fit, just for the sake of making random kids happy.
That's why most of his "popular singer" songs are post album singles, where he can work with the singer to make a song for both of them.
As for the rest of the stuff, I have no clue about vinyl or deluxe versions. This album isn't even out yet so its still a bit away just like Clairty Deluxe, if there will be one.
