Just a reminder to the non-Zedd fans that are "dissapointed" or "complaining that there are no huge stars", look at the first album. Same exact thing as this. And yes, pretty much any song on the album can easily be a top 10 hit. There are no filler tracks.

Also I've had it. Yeah his debut didn't have many known people etc but that's because HE wasn't very known. He clearly isn't that smart I mean Selena Gomez is the biggest collab on your album, its like he wants to fail.

On topic, I'm so excited for this, and happy he's staying true to his artistic identity. I was disappointed when Madeon had so much vocal-oriented work on his album after his instrumental tracks like Icarus. I'm glad Zedd is continuing half-and-half, producing a mix of material so that everyone should be pleased (unless they're closed-minded).

Exactly. First album just had Ellie Goulding as the biggest singer. Foxes and Matthew Koma BECAME big because of the first album, much like some singers will on this new one.

As Zedd said he went through a lot of singers for some songs and only wanted the perfect ones. While people like Elliot prefer musicians who sell out, Zedd isn't about that. He's not going to put a popular singer on one of his album songs if they are not a good fit, just for the sake of making random kids happy.

That's why most of his "popular singer" songs are post album singles, where he can work with the singer to make a song for both of them.

As for the rest of the stuff, I have no clue about vinyl or deluxe versions. This album isn't even out yet so its still a bit away just like Clairty Deluxe, if there will be one.

All the features are great and as a Zedd fan i'd rather have artists that can sing well VS popular.
Done with love, true colors, and daisy are really my most anticipated tracks except for papercut which given the length has me really excited.

I can't @ people suggesting the album is doomed because there are no "big stars" on it. Zedd has never been about big collaborations. Clarity didn't have many big singers on it either. But I assure you if he had used all big artists on TC, there would be just as many people in here complaining that he sold out, so.

Also ftr, he actually scored some great collaborators for TC. Jon Bellion wrote Trumpets and Eminem's Monster, so Transmission will be a hit count on it. Logic is a rising rapper similar to Mackelmore/Mac Miller and Troye is likely this era's Foxes. Matthew Koma is still writing, plus I'm sure there are uncredited vocalists too. There will definitely be hits on the album.

OT: He didn't really need big names to make Clarity a hella good of an album so I'm not expecting big names on this one but what I do expect is a huge production and great deep lyrics which btw I have yet to hear.

IWYTK and ATAM are cute, sound good and they even have his signature sound but they also sound repetitive, the last minute of each songs is where they stand out. THEY SOUND AWESOME WITH HEADPHONES BTW.

I'm still looking forward for the rest of the album tho.

not you trying to drag Madeon's album through the dirt, like he was going to have an album full of instrumentals, his album was pretty damn good, so far nothing from this album has made me go wow....yet
