She's saying when she goes to these extraordinarily visual places (an art museum, beautiful landscape, etc), there are people talking loudly, or playing music out loud (versus taking in what their eyes can see), basically making noise.

People take everything out of context, she means that audio is not appreciated as an art form, not taken seriously. With that said the use of that word, even citing old songs or whatever, is offensive so she should not have said it.

As far as I know, Björk is one of the nicest artists out there. Despite being known for snatching a reporter's wig back then, her love for nature resonates to the things she do. She may not like everything, but she will not say anything against them (see Bejng questioned about Gaga).

I doubt she means no harm, and I don't even stan for ha.

She is not implying sound is out of place and disruptive but rather than museums with audio exhibits don't take proper care of the speakers or whatever is used for the audio. Sound is not appreciated.
