IQ shows your intelligence in a variety of areas. If someone has a low IQ they could still learn everything need to be specifically a doctor, while someone with a higher IQ may have more general knowledge but couldn't hack it as a doc.
Tbh, I'm not expecting Africa to be near the top. But I'm confident that the sampling was outrageous.
