What I'm talking about is sex in general, but Eminem took it to another level talking about sex and it's specifics and he also mentions a specific name in the song (Mariah) and most rappers don't use specific names of people they know.

I'm mainly trying to get the point across that Eminem took this rap song to another level than most rappers do who talk about a blowjob or sex ... Eminem took the song to a place of disgrace and the intent to hurt someone.
