My order would go (from best to worst):
1. Gaga - For the most part they are all really good. Since Paparazzi they have been consistently great (Alejandro, Born this Way, Judas, G.U.Y.), with some duds every once and a while (Applause, DWUW)
2. Beyoncé - She has some really great ones (Crazy in Love, Baby Boy, Deja Vu, Get Me Bodied, Single Ladies, Run the World, The Visual Album) and is so charismatic on screen that even the silliest videos are great (7/11). She fails where they go too cheesy (BTINH, Broken Hearted Girl). I know it's controversial but she also has Say My Name under her belt, and other iconic videos like Bootylicious and Survivor. The sheer scope of her work means that not every video is a masterpiece, but her dedication to the craft is what makes it impressive. She pushes the boundaries of the expectations of a music video (who else would release something so simple as Single Ladies or 7/11 and be able to pull it off?) and completely redefined the purpose of a music video with her last album and pretty much made the term "visual album" a thing.
3. Rihanna - Overall her videos are never bad, but they never really get off the ground as far as being more than a music video. She looks amazing always and some are more artistic (Where Have You Been, Stay) and sometimes great (We Found Love, Only Girl in the World, Disturbia).
4. Britney - I don't find her videos to be that good in regards to taste, but because so many are iconic, she deserves this spot. If they were not considered iconic, she would probably be closer to last. Sometimes with a great director they are great (Circus) and sometimes even when cheesy the fun of it outweighs the bad (Lucky) but mostly they are cheesy and lack good style (I Wanna Go)
5. Katy - Despite big budgets, her videos kind of resemble big budget commercials. They are rarely cheap looking, but money doesn't make a good video (Dark Horse) nor does it buy you any amount of taste. I really enjoyed This is How We Do but even then, it wasn't quite great. The special effects are fun, but perhaps they are relied too heavily (E.T., California Gurls) and distract from any real ability as an art form.
6. Taylor - For most of her early career her music videos were marketed to teenage-girls (You Belong to Me, Teardrops on my Guitar), so they are predictable and not that great. It's a simple market to appeal to : visualize romantic environments, wear some flowing gowns and be in pretty environments. They don't push any boundaries. Her more recent ones suffer from the insistence to appear cute and adorable (Shake it off, Blank Space, WANEGBT). It feels like she wants a sort of Zooey Deschanel level of hip, I-didn't-even-expect-this-and-I-am-unprepared-but-look-at-me-go-anyway vibe which doesn't really work because she appears to be trying too hard to achieve this, which negates what is being conveyed. For that, the videos don't quite work.

Taylor (but I think with Blank Space she improved a lot) followed by Katy
Gaga and Beyoncé have the best visuals

It's between Taylor (so boring, even Blank Space is super bland and she could have gone a lot further with it) and Katy (Nickelodeon wants their writers back).

no shade i just never thought about it much but not only does Beyonce almost always play herself in almost all her videos but i can't think of one time she's made a expression that would cause wrinkles to your face. her emotion is very subdued almost none existent

Just because Taylor has made many expressions, doesn't necessarily mean she is good at them though. To me some are, some aren't. But in general she overdoes it.
In regards to your categories of Beyoncé, I think you're forgetting a lot. Let me summarize and expand on yours.
Sexy Stare - Crazy in Love, Baby Boy, Naughty Girl, Partition, Blow, etc.
Smile - Single Ladies, Check On It, Halo, Pretty Hurts, XO, Blue, Why Don't You Love Me, etc.
Serious Face - Diva, Ring the Alarm, Crazy in Love, Listen, Jealous, etc.
Crying Face - Ring the Alarm, Jealous, Why Don't You Love Me, Me, Myself and I, Heaven, If I Were a Boy, etc.
Fierce Face - Single Ladies, Video Phone, Diva, Run the World, Superpower, Hauted etc.
Screaming Face - Sweet Dreams
Coy Face - Kitty Kat
Silly Face - Countdown, Grown Woman, Party
Proud/Happy Face - Blue
"Ratchet" Face - 7/11, Check on It
Out of Ya Mind Face - Flawless
Wise Face - Mine
Oragasm Face - Baby Boy
I'll stop now lol. The point is, even if you disagree with some of the categories, she emphatically does more than you say she does.

I think I'm going to stop replying to you because I don't want to just be such good bait for trolls but the reason people didn't "get" Single Ladies is because they were used to music videos being high budget, multi-scene, multi-costume, etc. She pushed aside that idea, and went past the boundary of the concept of a music video. You can question it with your emoticons but ultimately it doesn't change the fact that she did go beyond what was considered "normal" for a music video. Or was Single Ladies a typical video in 2008, or prior?
And similarly, the visual album is a big thing. Try and deny it but… but it's not really an attempt that is worth making because you're denying something that is a fact.

Ariana Grande, but of these, Katy Perry. Wide Awake is her only good video, and she's got lots of awful ones like Dark Horse, Last Friday Night, Piece of Me, Roar, Birthday, etc.
The others don't have many bad vids

Lady Gaga > Rihanna > Katy Perry >>>>> Beyoncé >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Taylor >>> Britney
Rihanna, objectively, has the best videos but I personally prefer Gaga's. Katy has some of the most fun pop vidros.
Taylor last couple of videos have been great but the rest of her videography is bad.
Beyoncé is also great but at times her videos can be boring.
Britney is just basic.

I'll have to go with Taylor. Not that her videos are bad, but she has the least good videos out of the girls. But she'll at least catch up to Katy by the end of 1989. SIO is cute and BS is very nice.
Lady Gaga > Beyonce = Britney > Rihanna > Katy > Taylor
in my opinion
Edit: actually Katy should be either with or above Rihanna so let me change it.
Gaga > Bey = Brit > Katy =/> Rihanna > Taylor but Taylor is really catching up to Rih and Katy... I feel that she'll serve with Style and Out of the woods.

The woman responsible for the atrocious videos for "Dark Horse", "Birthday", "Part of Me", "Last Friday Night". You get the picture.

Bey: if we only use actual single videos Pretty Hurts, Xo, Partition, Single Ladies, Why Don't You Love Me, Run The World, ??? i dont know any from her two mixtapes so this needs to be filled as well
So it goes
Taylor < Gaga < Beyonce < Katy <Brit < Rih most likely?
i really over estimated Gags i forgot how bad the BTW era vids sans Judas were
Tay could catch her this era

BTW video may be weird but it's not bad Well at least now that I've studied production I can kind of appreciate it for the great shots and the fact it's different .. I wish more people would.
You and I is the only bad video. TEOG is boring but not bad. MTN is amazing masterpiece. It's no Bad romance / Telephone but it was not supposed to be one... you should really go and watch it from start to finish idk ... I think now y'all will be able to appreciate it more.. It's so weird but nice at the same time
