Pills N Potions is the best thing she's released all year lyrically from The Pinkprint so far. its not single material but its decent enough to have made the album.
PNP is repetitive, boring, and very weak. totally unimpressive as the first single, and the GP reacted accordingly.
then there's the fact that's she's STILL going on about "pink." like, move on, her discography looks so tacky i can't even. and the album cover sucks.
i don't think a single person can say "anaconda" is a good, quality song. people either HATE IT, or like it because it's "catchy" (kind of). no one thinks it is a good song. it's atrocious. not as bad as Stupid Hoe, but she sounds stupid, it shows no talent, and it's so lazy with the sampling. it's a truly terrible "song." it was popular because of it's stupid video, but it's already faded.
then there's Only, which is also just a mess covered by so many big name rappers, but it's still low quality and meaningless.
everything she's released is disposable and seems like she recorded it in ten minutes before releasing it. all three songs are boring, stupid, and disappointing. 0% quality to anything she's done so far. the album will be a mess, and maybe that's why it was pushed back (though, pushing it back won't help its inevitable floppage).
The only thing I find offensive about Only is the fact that Nicki has sunk to such lows in her career that she has to use Nazi imagery to get attention and people talking about her
Least she didn't wait a century to release her album and people actually like her
too bad azealia's album is now released and without any cheao and disgusting gimmicks has garnered the acclaim nicki wishes she could have. Not to mention its quite impressiv performance around the world for someone who was supposed to be other and released her album out of the blue toodles
She's reached out to a bigger audience I feel cuz basically my friends who never listen to Nicki were singing PnP in like may/june time... Everybody knew Anaconda and most of my friends know ONLY :O And they all like it....
From a stan's perspective... PnP wasnt a good thing to start with for a "classic" album... You are forgetting songs like "Lookin' Ass" and "Chi-Raq" though...
