beyonce already said ne-yo, the man actually write this song way before whole beyonce steal the song crap rumor.
if you check the ne-yo's original demo, you can see how beyonce put 'to the left' in the bridge and beginning to emphasize the to the left.
(the original have just 1 to the left in whole song from first verse.)
and how she change the key of the song, put new vocal arrangement, and some melody tweaks here and there. things like this.
and ne-yo himself said beyonce did whole vocal arrangement thing and background things and deserve credit. and he won't give the credit because the artist is big.
Bangladesh wasn't in the studio with her, he made the 'beat' with sean garret.
