I think maybe it's best to have You & Me as their next single. There have been UK garage hits in the US before (like La La La or Gotta Get Thru This), and also the Flume Remix is popular and I've seen the song charting in the top 25 of Hot Dance/Electronic Songs before.
Other options are F For You remix with Mary J Blige since she's famous, or White Noise, since that's their biggest hit in the UK.
Only problem is, I don't think they can drag out this album much longer. It might seem not a big deal since they only broke through in the US recently, but in other countries they've released like 7 singles and I don't think they can go on much longer, so they'll probably have to release a new album.
