No, they never added the grosses for the end of June. Because if ticket sales are over 200k, then she had to gross over 2mill+ for Milwaukee and Boston. Katy already had done 22 dates thats why she's ahead. They didn't count 21 dates for Gaga, only 15 were counted that explains why there were 200k sold, they never counted the grosses yet. It's not that hard to think people.

I ´ve heard that the numbers are different because pollstar doesnt count the gross from vip packages, they count only ticket sales. Billboard is reporting them.

No. 21 dates have been counted. 14 from the artRAVE (we already have the numbers from Billboard) + 7 at Roseland.
