First of all, no, I dont live there, but I have spent two months in the area, visiting Israel and Palestine, including the Gaza Strip. The professor we were with visited the area several times and spent significantly more time there than me, documenting and catalogizing all the archaeological sites and artifacts (international project supported also by UNESCO among others) and even worked with humanitarian organizations there. And what is interesting, most of our photo documentation of archaeological sites from Gaza was suspiciously confiscated by Israelis for "safety reasons" - trying to hide reality that much? So unless you have spent at least one day there, you dont know what the hell you are talking about!

UN has declared what your country is, but UN has also declared the State of Palestine and defined Palestinian territories and borders, what was not recognized by Israel. Israel since then illegally annexed more than half of those Palestinian territories.
And thats the point. You are living in the area together. How can you ask from Palestine to recognize Israel when you havent recognized and respected their own state and borders?!?

I have never said that the attacks are legit. I have just said that its understandable for oppressed people to try and fight for their basic rights and land, for human rights which are violated everyday by your government. The truth is you dont supply Gaza with enough water and electricity for their agriculture and economy to function normally, what is the reason why humanitarian organizations are working there and why its on the Human Rights Watch for:

You know why I never been to the Gaza strip?Cuz' the minute I put my foot down there, I would be dead/kidnept. Simple as that.
More than heard about it. Some people at our goverment want to get back to 67 lines so we'll have peace but some don't. Either way, other than the fact that going back from places people live right now needs the all nation approvel, there is the safety issue. Cuz' you might say "Palestine and Hamas" but Hamas is a terror organiztaion, they never had such idea, they want the whole country, the want us DEAD. Plasetinen people are another story but this leads me straight to the next point.
You know what happened after the UN announcet our country?Plasetinen people and all of the arabic countries around us had opened in war. Cuz' they didn't like the idea of it. This is why in those 60+ years my country exsits there are wars with plasetinen people. They got 83% of this land and lunched in war, now tell me, what makes you think that if we get back to 67 lines, this will be enough for them?What makes you think that they wouldn't want more afterwards?
And what makes you think that organizations like Hamas and other groups will decide to stop attacking Israel, a country they want to be GONE. Not to have it back to 67' but GONE.
I can honestly tell you that if it was up for the plasetinen people, we would probebly had peace by now but all those groups inside of them, the extrem ones, they are the ones who keep this from happening.
I got lots of arabic friends, good ones, I live in Haifa which is one of the biggest cities when it comes to arabs and jews mix. And we live good together. They don't try to bomb us for the 67 lines, they don't want us to be gone. They live with us in peace. If that was everyone attitude in the strip, trust me, we wouldn't be having this disscusion.
And yes, you haven't said those attacks were legit but you still sit here saying we are evil, we kill people. We don't do this and we don't do that but are we worse cuz' we manage to defend our people? Do you think Hamas is lunching misslies for what exactly if not to hurt people?
Not suppling them with enough electricty or water?Could be. I don't know the numbers and neither do you but if you weren't seeing this one sided you would think by yourself about the conflict we got as a country and it is how do you supply a place who's occuping both people who want to live decently and people who want to hurt you, so how do you supply them with things that eventually could comeback to hurt you yet you want the good people over here to live like everyone should.
And I am not going to get into all the ships who were trying to bring "food" to the Gaza strip and ended up being filled with fire armor. If you want pictures and news about it trust me, I could get it for you in a sec. So called humanitrien ships btw.
Bottom line, I am not here to argue we are saints, I don't try to paint a perfect picture but there are so many sides to this conflict that you don't know about or try to avoid, that put both sides on the wrong side, that I just can't grasp the fact people get to see it one sided usually, that they don't know the whole story so we become the evil ones.
Just think about why you haven't seen any pictures of the 3 dead kids they kidnept while you can see every person that's been hurt or killed on Gaza strip on the net no matter if he's dead cuz' of Israel striking back or regardless, like the photos that were posted here, which people out of this country can't even tell the fact that they are fake mostly or edit to serve Hamas's right.
We respect our victims, they use them to generate media buzz and make people see us as the bad guys. Maybe some of us are, maybe sometimes we do the wrong things which is probably what your going to say. But you'll probably be missing the big point of this last part..

And what's the outcome since them? about 500k dead Palestinians vs. 3000 dead Israelis?

This world is full of hate. It makes me sad  Why can't people just accept each other and work together. It would be more productive for both sides than fighting a fight that won't help anyone and just kill innocent people. People need to stop fighting each other for things like race, sexuality and nationality.

There have been so many instances of Palestinians murdering Israelis in cold blood just because they were Jewish. There were instances of men going into Jewish houses and murdering families, including little babies in cold blood only because there were born Jewish ( http://mfa.gov.il/MFA/ForeignPolicy/...%20Ohayon.aspx) . Just two months ago a man was cut open by a Palestinian for the same reason, just like those 3 poor boys few weeks ago. I am not saying Palestinians are all evil but all of you have been brainwashed into thinking that Israel is the the sole evil in this conflict.

Here's a news flesh for all you from someone who lives here.
In the last 2-3 hours Hamas has lunched, like it said it would, missiles into the ceneter of our country, [Tel Aviv city for those who knows it], most of them were fired down by our defense system which is the only reason we barely had any death.
And what is happening in the Gaza strip? Well Hamas TV is broedcasting people from Gaza celebrating the attack, including children. Too bad this is too fresh that I can give you a link yet.
