Ciara's whole thing this time around is expansion. I don't even think her team expects her to BLOW this time around, because she is still virtually unknown elsewhere. This album is going to be like a VERY promoted mixtape. The following album officially solidify her fanbase (or not).

But yeah, no doubt Beyonce is a force...I have no idea why because her music just isn't that great IMO..but she is one.
