the fact that she sold almost 80,000 tickets (a record) in less than 2 days in greece during the big height of the economical crisis, I wouldn't be so sure of that.
6000 in one day. congrats!

The correct number is 75,000.
What's up with the inflation?

It's actually sad that Greece is this poor right now. They used to be on top now they're flopping harder than Nelly Furtado

if you want to be correct, it's actually 75,637.
Ticket prices were between $332.02, $79.69.

It's still not "almost" 80,000.
Almost 80,000 would be something like 78,500+.
The exaggeration!

That show was NOT during the big height of the economical crisis. It was 27 September 2008. The European Crisis started END TWO-THOUSAND-AND-NINE. Not 2008 like in the US.
Next to that, Madonna had deals everywhere. Bus advertisements, TV commercials, deals with cruise ships, much more.
What Gaga did was beyond impressive and you should just shut the **** up with your pressed ass being perched in every single Gaga thread like a reductive version of Swag. You're jealous aka pressed, that's obvious. But just STOP.

I was referring to the number of attendees that attended Madonna's concert. It's 75k but u made into almost 80k, which it is not.
So yeah that is exaggeration.
And the other person just told you about the massive promo that Madonna's tour had & it wasn't during the economic crisis.
