Both have had great success.
Both will end up around 4M sold WW.
Prism has had bigger singles success. But it wont be a TD kinda success so it wont be that big.

I came to vote for PRISM but when I read album sales, touring and impact - obviously BEYONCE.
PRISM wins in the singles department.

I don't think it's really appropriate to count Beyonce's tour considering it's basically a tour for both 4 and Beyonce? But regardless, it's futile to pit them against each other as both are slaying so much compared to everyone else.

BEYONCE
Prism is huge, but mainly in the singles department. The album sales are lack-luster as of lately. Also the GP is more aware of BEYONCE than prism, its approaching 3.5 million WW and 2 million in the states. Its release week alone will be more remembered and has left a gfeater impact than Prism as a whole. However they're the two biggest female eras currently slaying. 
When it comes to touring/acclaim/awards its obvious who'll be ontop, but congrats to both women

Prism has the single and album sales while b has the album sales but not single sales. I'll go with prism cus she slaying in both atm. Beyoncé doesn't fall short though, I hope she can get a few more hit singles

PRISM. What does Bey's tour even have to do with this era? I thought her stans credited it to '4' era  PRISM has 2 huge WW hits, Bey has 1 local moderate hit (no shade). Bey sold more albums (mostly because of the release hype) but she's already falling and both of them are selling almost the same outside US despite that PRISM is much older album  .

BEY has done incredibly well too for sure, but she falls short to Katy. The only thing she really has on her is the surprise release and hype around that.

you forgot to add Bey also has almost a million more sales with a shorter time span and more impact with DrIL than all of Katy's singles combined.
