It's obvious she goes more generic on the re-release. It's so people pay more attention to the actual album.

UM Burn was big enough. And Ellie's album work is far more complex than Luke bops.
Plus both Ellie's albums are close to 2M each, which is more than a lot of pop acts.

Incorrect. I've been a *huge* Ellie fan since her early career (I first heard of her when she opened for Little Boots in 2008-ish?). I've been to all of her shows in NYC, met her twice, you name it.

I just can't ignore how much of a letdown that Halcyon was. Halcyon Days is a step in the right direction.

Halcyon was amazing. Better than (Bright) Lights. And Halcyon Days has some good songs but it seems more like a collection of songs than an actual album/ EP
