So according to the producer, this song isn't a ballad nor a "belly dance" song per se, but it's very Shakira. I don't know what he means by that.

The song is about big empires of the world reuniting and stars making love to the universe. Basically a kind of punk rock sprinkled with middle eastern flavours.
