Slander cases are very real and happen all the time. We don't know what happened after he tweeted Nickelodeon. She could lose her job over his accusations. It's not just some pop girl who can ignore it. She caters to children and they won't stand by and let her be on a show for kids if she's accused of doing cocaine. If she drug tests negative, then he could very well be sued. It's illegal to slander someone's name with false rumors. Especially when it affects their job. Most people don't pursue slander cases, but it doesn't change the fact that it's illegal.
