It'll be an Europe & Australia single, he didn't release 'Heartbeat' in the US so I doubthe'll release this.

The song wouldn't work without the effects. I mean it's supposed to be a dreamy ethereal ballad. Not to mention they're both known for dance oriented productions. Even before Enrique did all out dance-pop his Metro songs had these kinds of sounds and this is the same team respnsible for his standards.
