Aviva is just the lamest of the lame. Thank god she has a peg leg and a purse full of meds that she can pull out for comedic effect.
I love that Andy just wouldn't relent with the Ramona and Mario stuff. Get her where it hurts. It was so satisfying to watch her squirm and "actually" (seriously, count the number times she says actually any time she's asked to defend her character) her way through that interrogation. Oh, I'm thinking they will have tensions for a long time to come.

Aviva is about as dull as they come. As soon as the whole bookgate discussion ended, the camera didn't return to her until the very end (actually, it did once when she chimed in with the whole "Reid and I don't argue like that" - blah). The fact that she is so dramatic and over the top will keep her around.
Ramona just drives me nuts. Props to Andy for trying to squeeze something out of her though. Hopefully she will be more interesting next season.
I kind of enjoy watching Carole and Heathers friendship. I get that the two of them are totally bornig, but they're really cute together and it appears genuine, which is kind of nice for a change. Maybe next season, Carole could be the awkward cling-on (ala. LuAnn), so it isn't so much focused on her, but she still gets to deliver in the confessionals.
Sonja is a train wreck. The kind you just can't help but watch. I think they'll keep playing her out until she proper breaks down because the cracks in the foundations are certainly there.
Kristen, I wouldn't mind if she went. She doesn't really do much for me.
