Neither one of them will be inducted unless their careers do a major change up. I don't see it for Katy ever really. If anything, Gaga will get it before her if I had to choose.
they are recognized, and WILL BE recognized but i doubt any of them will have a spot on.(like they already have been when they used some of the iconic looks)
Katy just doesn't seem to have a respectable career from the critics points of view, and even holding the critics' opinions she has had an effect on her genre the last 2-3 years
Gaga,well, let's say that had she maintained her peak then it would have been a bt harder for them to OVERLOOK her, but given the case that her studio music is far from what they like, she needs to be BIG for a LONGER period of time than she was during 2009-2011
but, Genre(Katy Wins, more organic and timeless pop music seems to overpass EDM music easily) but from their image(Gaga Wins, someone who isn't afraid to do anything would ALWAYS win against someone who is always playing safe in their discography and videography)
Katy, her music is closer to rock (and she'll go even more into rock later in her career) and she's going to have the longer career anyway. Doubt either will ever be inducted anyway though.
