He's performing at the Premio Lo Nuestro tomorrow. He'll apparently be performing with Marco Antonio Solis and Pitbull so it seems we'll be getting a medley of 'El Perdedor' and 'I'm a Freak'.
I gotta say the clips of the Puerto Rico and Madison Square Garden shows have got me more excited about the album than I was. The new songs slot in very well and he found an adequate way to sneak in 'Turn The Night Up' as part of the intro. I really like the way he performs 'I'm a Freak' live as he did during the
Sports Illustrated Event.

Also the UK pre-order is discounted at £ 0,59. The UK release date is 9 March but it is already #161 on the iTunes chart.
I hope it will be a moderate hit there.

He's apparently heading back to the UK next month to do interviews unless of course it's pre-recorded stuff he recorded last week but it would be unlike him to visit and not do his usual rounds of TV promo before the album is released.

Is not charting in the US?

I'd imagine it'll eventually debut on the lower end of the Hot 100 but unless something big is done I can't see it rising higher than that. If he is performing it on the Premio Lo Nuestro Latin radio might pick it up like they did with 'I Like It' but I don't think would do that much overall and I'm sure he'll save any TV promo for the week the album releases.
