Have not heard songs 5-3, but 10-6, I've heard a few. I wasn't disappointed by HTNGU, because I knew it'd suck. Same thing with Miley. I liked "Cups", though, and "Take Back the Night", I really enjoy, but I understand why it disappointed you.

02. The Saturdays, "What About Us" -
As I said earlier, I've never been a big Saturdays fan, but for some reason I was expecting something great with this song. But their is something lacking in this song for me. Personality! And while its better then Gentleman, which made this list at #5, THIS gets a higher placement since it actually went #1 in the UK. Its just so basic and plain. And while I can be a fan of some basic songs, this aint one of them.

I just DONT get it. HOW was this #1 even for a week! I'll never understand WHY this got so popular. I just CANT get into this song at all. Anytime I heard it I just wanted to cringe!

but that doesnt mean they're bad..they're just "disappointing" right? 
Are they the WORST singles of the year, maybe not, but bad and disappointing yes...
