okay let me get this clear

Some girls want to interview her, one of the interviewers is in the front, the other one is basically standing behind the other (Zendaya). The girl in the front starts interviewing, the girl in the back tries a bit, but she is standing in a very odd place.
Gaga probably didn't even knew it was Zendaya, she gave the girl who basically interviewed her a hug, took a few pics and left.
If Zendaya wanted to interview, she should have stood better, it may be not her fault that she stood where she stood, but that is nothing to blame on Gaga.
It looked a bit awkward, but if Zendaya was standing on one side and the other girl on the other side of Gaga, this whole interview would have looked different!
