We'll see.
I suspect that the first 10 days of sales won't be as impressive as the first 3...
They should equal out actually. 3 days new album = triple the time to sell, plus physical release. Logically she should go platinum by the end of next week.
This is only the 2nd black female week above 100k this year - and Tamar was only slightly above, with 114k I think?
In 2012, the top 2 female releases were Taylor and Carrie. Taylor sold 1208k in the first week, Carrie 1203k by the end of the year.
Can Bey do the same, sell more in 7 days than, say, Katy or Kelly (only contenders I can think of) sell by the end of the year? I'm assuming since the iTunes exclusive is 7 days we'll get those #s.

Yep.
It's not Shade to say Beyonce wouldn't have past Taylor or Britney. Heck, I'm a bigger Beyonce fan than I am Taylor or Britney and I don't think it would have came close with a normal tracking week. Nobody will ever know. It could have. People can draw their own conclusions but point is it won't be above Britney or Taylor in the record books. People are discounting the surprise factor this Beyonce album had.
I *think* we will get to see the first 7 days though, given that it'll be on just 1 retailer during that period, and we've been getting daily updates from them.

Bey would've been #1 or #2 if she would've released the album on Monday. They should equal out actually. 3 days new album = triple the time to sell, plus physical release. Logically she should go platinum by the end of next week.

Based on the current estimates, the first 10 days won't hit a million, so it certainly seems unlikely that she could have passed them. I am uncertain if even the first 17 days will be equal to the OP's #1 or #2.
You can't really set a "logic" on this as there aren't many examples of a 3-day opening, or a digital-only opening.
