Britney. She's had girls launched to be just like her (such as Christina Aguilera) that have had careers more successful than anyone else on the list, yet Britney STILL made it. Now she has these tribute act Disney girls doing her shtick, yet Britney's still relevant. She's literally had replacement after replacement, yet none of them have been able to one-up here.
Britney, Bey and P!nk really. They're all from the 90s and have had hundreds of copycats. We may not like them but they are the only ones with a distinctive lane, sound and way of performing. They've been her what 16 years? Non of them will be easy to replace.
Who else's music sounds like hers right now? Even her fun songs have an attitude and charisma that can't be copied.
DIL she did CIL and Naugty Girl idk the rest but those 2 are very influenced. B'Day was inspired by her doing Dreamgirls, IASF maybe wasn't that heavily influenced and then there's 4 which heavily influenced by those eras.

There's never been any artist that has covered as many bases as her musically. She has the pop appeal of a Madonna/Janet Jackson type artist, but strong soulful vocals like a Mariah/Whitney Houston type artist, but also a strong Latin appeal, and the desire to explore other genres like rock, electronic music, jazz, and even country too.
7 albums in 7 years is not exactly what I'd call a lack of effort...
And in terms of overall appeal and respect, Rihanna isn't even close to being in Beyonce's league. Beyonce may not have had a smash hit in awhile, but she's actually established herself and doesn't need #1s to survive anymore.
