Not to burst your bubble but Google has caches in it's system. That could lead to search results still displaying old and inaccurate information for each of the searches.
Basically, Google could be showing that iTunes had Selena's album for $7.99 but on the real iTunes site/app it would actually be it's regular price. Google would have to update their system to display that the album was the regular price (which was actually around $9.99 or $10.99 I think) which does take a while for some webpages, so days.
