She could have named it something else. Those weren't the only options. "Swine" is clearly on her list of possible releases.

I'd rather it be a Zedd, Madeon or RedOne collaboration, but out of the iTunes songs that we've heard so far, Swine is BY FAR the best. If it's going to be the second single, I'm not disappointed in the slightest. It sounded like a head banging bop.

Watch "Sex Dreams" pull a "Marry The Night" and after being considered for lead single and considered a "fan favourite" and be released as the 5th single from ARTPOP, only to flop.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's about herself struggling with insecurity/body image issues back in the day.
