In the one you have right now, try deleting the frames that look the same. [it will go more smoothly ]

I tried that on a few different programs, but the file always ends up going too slow :-/

I have a sorta different approach to making avatars. I make seperate GIF/PNG files for each frame, and I just use Gif Movie Maker to make the seperate files into one animation. I use Animation Shop 3 to get the animation from the video
