It just might be true:Unfortunately for the US fans, it appears the release date for Christina's third album, "Back to Basics" has been pushed back to the 30th of August. It has been said that the date change was caused by a problem in distribution. The dates still remain the same in other countries such as Japan and the UK.

Now she was on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this week and said Aug. 15. & this news is coming from LiveDaily so that's two reasons why it might not be true. We'll just have to wait and see if it's confirmed. Hopefully it's not true. But expect to hear the ANOM remix soon, and her Maxi Promo cd will feature two bonus tracks that didn't make the cut for the album- Hippy Skippy Moon Strut and The Cissy's Thang. And I misread, sorry, Tell Me will be Diddy's 2nd single.

I think that it was something that happened later in the week if this is true. I still am very skeptical because she said Aug. 15 like 100 times when she was doing the radio show. RCA or her website hasn't changed the date so I don't know. & LD has proven at times to not be a credible source. But I think someone the other day said Aug. 30th as well. Who knows.

I really don't want to wait longer for this album but I guess it doesn't matter. But the later she releases her album the more problems she creates for other artists mainly Poor Jessica Simpson. She's having her nbc special in early aug. so we'll be able to hear atleast some of the songs.

RCA upgraded their site today, but still haven't changed the Aug. 15 date.

I seriously don't think this is true... there would have been some sort of official news, or press release, or something. But we have absolutely NO proof! This is all based off hearsay. I mean, I would think that she would at least explain that or why the album got pushed back and not just blurt it out and leave it at that. Before I believe anything, i'm gonna wait for an official word
