I don't think Katy was nervous. Her voice sounded like it was quivering because of the echo that they added to her mic during the performance.

If you listen from 1:10-1:14 when she says "high" you can hear it clearly echo from the mic (and it does that throughout the whole song).

Overall even without the echoing its not her best.

I'm not making this about P!nk. This is about P!nk. Katy ripped off ("imitated") her idea, and did not do the concept any justice. It would be different if Katy did it well, but she didn't. It's not flattery, it's embarrassment.
