Well considering the fact that these "dark skinned" people consists of Pacific Islanders/Asians, Blacks/African Americans, Middle Eastern, Indians, and Latinos... There are way more "dark skinned" people than "light skinned" skinned people.

Why is it relevant in a comparison between Katy Perry and Beyonce? Beauty is of all colors so why does it matter if she's considered dark or light skinned? It's completely redundant and this discussion is borderline racist.

How is this discussion racist? I simply stated, "I have a thing for dark skinned women" As in a preference, which I'm sure millions of people have.

Yeah, exactly.. You can be "lightskinned" when being compared to other shades of brown but in the grand scheme of things, when comparing ALL skintones that "lightskinned" is not lightskinned, you'd still have a darker complexion that someone who's white.

Yes, but white people also come in different tones as well so his argument is flawed. There are some white people that have tones darker than Beyonces natural tone regardless of their ethnicity. Just like there are some black people that have lighter tones than white people, genetics work that way.
