Confidence courses through the music: when she sings “I want you to be my sex slave” on the lustful, guttural Cockiness (Love It), it’s an order, not a request. The demons from her relationship with Chris Brown now sound fully exorcised – Rihanna sings as if she is in love with life, and wants to bring us along for the party. The singer only co-writes four songs on the album, yet each track becomes indelibly hers through the subtle Caribbean dancehall influences and her instantly recognisable vocals. Only a lone Jay-Z rap on the track Talk That Talk briefly bumps Rihanna from centre stage.
The whole album is essentially a collection of could-be singles. That might become overwhelming – but with hooks as irresistible as these, it’s difficult to care.

I don't think you can say it's better than Loud like it's a fact. As far as the sexual theme goes, it has a definite direction. I feel like it's similar to Loud, but with more hits, more sex and less ballads, which is total win for me. For the most part (with the exception of Rated R), I only like Rihanna's hits and most of her ballads are dreadful.

I think it'll do a little bit better than Loud. I'm still thinking 67-74 is a good estimate.

TTT is miles better than LOUD and not all the songs are about sex. Drunk On Love, We All Want Love, Fool In Love, Where Have You Been etc are all great examples. The production on this is on a whole nother level compared to LOUD. LOUD was a mess from the start. Even critics agree. It was bland, had no real identity. It was just fluff. TTT shows off Rihanna's personality & her distinctive voice. It has it's own sound & character. Half the songs on LOUD could've been done by someone else. WMN, CKB & Skin for example.

It's miles better than LOUD,let's not.LOUD has like 5 good songs,the rest were mostly fillers.This new one I can listen without skipping tracks.The only filler is Cockiness so yea.

It's one of the best songs on the album and It gives MJ/John Lennon/We Are The World tease. Who's lyrics are universal and anyone can relate to. It's not just about sex like 50% of the album is. Which also plays apart too.
