even the UK classic fight for this love is higher than nuhhdeen. Nicola ain't doin as well as people thought she would do either tho. I hope she will do betta
I love Girls Aloud, but I have been very disappointed in their solo efforts. Nadine's songs are just boring, I've tried SO hard to like Cheryl's stuff but it's so generic and overrated, and "Beat Of My Drum" from Nicola is one of the worst pop songs I have ever heard.
ive grown to like Sweetest High, but Insatiable >>>>>>>>
so far Nicola's done the best...Beat Of My Drum Porcelain Heart Lucky Day (Live) Her chart run hasnt been great, but the on air/on sale thing really did effect her...hopefully it will do a little better. when promo comes out...
...fine. Nadine. Considering I've called her that with love since GA started (same with Cheryl's nickname of Chezza and Kimberly's Kimba) I don't think I was shading her while noting my annoyance with her solo trek.
As so far, "Sweetest High" has received generally mixed reviews from music critics. Some critics enjoyed the music and styles of Nadine, saying its a "Nadine 2.0". Ryan Love from Digital Spy had reviewed the song as a promotion of the start of Nadine's new website and single release. Sugarscape gave it a positive review, saying "It's available to download from today - don't be fooled into thinking it's actually a 90s snthy-dance track that's been available for a decade."[4]
However, alot of critics, and even fans have disliked the song, and have considered her to retire or take time to concentrate for more "decent music". Popjustice reviews have said that they don't like the new beats to the song.[5] A negative review had came from MuuMusic, but did like the "house and dance beats, which were very dancable"."[6]
