At my school for my major(international studies) you end up having a field of concentration in an area of the world and in a study. These fields include comparative and international race relations, global environmental politics, international business relations, international communication, international development, international economic relations, international politics, peace and conflict resolution, or united states foreign policy.
You should look into doing a poli sci/international studies double major with something like journalism/communications if you like that. An international studies major is really broad and can combine a lot of your interests(poli sci, sociology, business). Maybe try something like international business relations. I would assume that major is becoming even more important with the increasing globalization of the market, jobs, and businesses.
