RedOne's ppl already confirmed on twitter that it's the single and it'll be released to radio in a week or so.
Plus RedOne and J.Lo keep tweeting "On The Floor" back & forth to eachother.

Yes, she has been a long time that she did not release an album, since 2007, now as any other artist she needs a huge media, so AI can be one of the best ways to promote the song.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you just said.
And the main point of this was because it's been confirmed as the lead single.
