I do not see many people singing Hello at functions at my school unlike with Rolling in the Deep and other 21 songs. Where as people still dance to Lemonade songs and people are STILL discussing the issues that her Formation Super Bowl performance raised. You are delusional if you think 25 was bigger than Lemonade. 25 is by a popular, relatable, girl with a cute English accent, therefore she is going to sell more. Beyonce is more polarizing than Adele especially after the Super Bowl performance.

so being a relatable english girl with a cute accent makes you sell millions of albums?
god damn, too bad it has only worked for one person this decade
OT: they excel each others in "largeness", but overall i'd say 25 is bigger simply b/c 19 million sold > 3,5 million sold. i think more of the GP knows about 25.
but in acclaim and actual discussions Lemonade was bigger.
but to call 25's success "just numbers" are really stupid, it aint just numbers, it's nearly 20 million people who decided to specifically put their money on that album. they wanted it and paid for it. and still, 45 weeks after release, it's despite all those millions alrready sold, selling around 30k and top 10 every week WW.
also i think Adele herself grew larger (no pun) as a famous singer and person this time around much due to the tour, and the GP now knows how hilarious she is. i think she has made impact, but that's maybe not specifically 25.
