The user PhreshDiamond has been sending his rates to different users. I got eight different users sending in his rates. The users who sent in his rates are welcome to send in rates again once they do not copy from other posters.
I'd like to point out that each set of rates were different, so not actually copies, I don't see why they aren't allowed. You didn't say anywhere that you can't rally votes for your faves.
