Perhaps you should start banning the people who just post "you're pressed" on repeat, because gif's don't take away from intelligent conversations, they add some humour. I dislike the constant useage of gifs however, it's not necessary.

And yes ask Foxaylove who's thread is completely ****ed because of constant gif usages, he had to cancel his whole game because of it. People will learn though.

Actually to stay relevant to the topic, the mods say the GIFs directly slow down the server and threads when posted. So go, just leave, Im not here for this. Im admin on another forum, and we banned images at one point due to our low performance server, and it helped a great deal.

And if you can't understand English dude, then you're beyond help

What about GIFs posters use as their "signature" per say? If I'm thinking correctly, MissTina uses the same Tina Knowles GIF in a good amount of his/her posts. I also use 2 or 3 of the same GIFs, for dramatic purposes, so is that a problem or is it just the incessant usage of one GIF on a thread by multiple posters? Because if it is I guess I'm:

There are plenty of intellectual conversations that occur throughout this forum, even in Stand Your Ground. You may not see it yourself, but I have actually had long drawn out debates and conversations with people that write posts, paragraphs long. Hi Def, Celestial, Satellites, Eli, Nicole, Bibliotheque, Geezus, myself and several others have nice conversations that exemplify one's whit and humor when posting.


As for my thread, I was just playing around with the title to bring in more traffic to the thread. The server when it started moving slow, hurt the amount of viewers in my thread. I had to postpone things after that due to my co-host having other engagements to handle. It wasn't because of the excessive use of gifs, I myself was guilty of using some in my thread. However it's all in light humor and I hope there won't be extreme actions taken against the usage of gifs.

LIES! I have seen blog posts and threads where you misspell things all the time. I do it as well, with poor proofreading before I submit things. It's normal!
