How does that translate to "Rise has nothing to do with my album"? She's literally saying she wrote Rise in KP4 sessions but it seemed perfect for the Olympics, and that she'd usually not release a ballad in summer.

and why would her fans be hesitant to claim a #11-peaking song when she has a handful that peaked lower?
