Yeah, obviously. Many artists have said they were influenced by her.
And I think Rihanna's decision to go more experimental with Anti was influenced by Self-Titled.
Now this is ********. Rihanna has always played with different musical styles. Anti is the first album not under the same contract she had before and she said she wanted to make music she enjoyed making hence why Anti is very personal for her. Most artists no longer under a contract tend to go in the true path of artistic expression.
Sis that's all jack white, the sound the vocals etc, that is his signature sound, the dude is a mastermind
The production yes..hun; however musicianship doesn't only lie in the instrumentation.. I'm referring to VOCAL composition..this shows just as musical diversity and artistry that's very distinct and niche to Beyonce's "sound" ..the stylistic delivery in "watch my fat as twitch BOYEE" "as a bounce to the next dick BOYYEE" is all her style (as heard in Flawless, 7/11) also..the "blindingly in LOVEE" she switches to this deep southern gospel squall ..that's different in sound and placement than the death growl (that's ususally heard in rock music)..the last "let it BEE babyy" is all pentacostal "squall" in a pop-rock setting..no ones doing that..no one in pop music
She started experimenting with it at first in Ring the Alarm
but her texture manipulation got MUCH better with DHY..that song was REAL collab..Beyonce brought JUST as much as Jack White.
Another example of her niche-like unorthodox ways of musical presentation includes the Operatic presentation in a trap-pop songs like Flawless..who does introduces classical arpeggios to trap/urban music??
****ing arabian scales..in a full classical placement..this is music virtuoisity. Nothing else like that and DHY in pop today all thanks to Beyonce
its called dancehall, and major lazer is the reason its back, not Bieber
But if Major Lazer is the root of the dancehall resurgence.... wouldn't 2011's Run the World (Girls) be............ I guess it's time to leave this thread..
She hasn't had that much musical influence but the hive swear she's the most influential legend of them all loooool
Great performer with longevity and that's about it.
I don't even think anyone's trying to prove that she's the most musically influential artist in Pop music, but to deny that she doesn't have any distinct sound or musical/vocal influence is equally delusional; which is what the OP in the original post in trying to imply That's what the Hive is defending..
No.
None of her stans could name an artist that she has influenced musically or her making a particular genre popular again

She is influential in more than several ways, including musically.
And wow, all the receipts in this thread have made me realise her music is even more influential than I originally thought. Thanks OP for making this thread.

I will not deny she has had some influence but just not as much as her stans claim or try and portray she has.
the hive acting like she produced the entire thing
No..that's more like a dream that popped out of your skull, sus.. I said nothing of the such; you just didn't comprehend, correctly, which is completely understandable. My post delves into topics that goes above your head. It's like getting children used to watching Teletubbies to appreciate Shakespeare..nearly impossible!
No. Firstly, she hopped on the Urban and R'n'b trend during early 2000s and afterwards was was impacted by Rihanna's massive success with GGGB in 2007 and made her own urban pop record (although failed to match Rihanna's success, back then and since then).
After underperforming because of failing to adapt to the musical landscape in 2011, she starts exploiting ongoing racial and social issues backed up with massive hype created by her team.

On the other hand most of the thread is trying to deny that she's anything special or unique, musically and that she brings nothing new to the table in that aspect and she has no influence, so the Hive's retaliation is sound..they're not even being gross about it..Just addressing the posts said!
I think people also forget that Beyonce, although a popular artist that makes mainstream musical, doesn't produce a very popular/accessible sound in the same way as Amy, Adele, Michael, Mariah, Rihanna, etc..her singing delivery and stylistic approach to her musicianship isn't a sound heard outside of deep southern folk/jazz/gospel and opera houses (when she emplements her classical knowledge to her music). She's still primarily and urban "vocalist" so to speak..and this isn't grasped onto the GP as readily as traditional pop music. Her sound is her own.

This might come as a shock to you but Destiny's Child was an rnb group.
Destiny's Child signature rapid fire vocal style was extremely influential. It wasn't until Destiny's Child's success did that vocal style become such a staple in music.
Irreplaceable also had several copy cats, As did Crazy In Love. Her performing style has also been influential.
