You can be a hormonal crazed 18 year old and still not comprehend a sexual relationship with someone nearly twice your age, but it's legal at that age.
I just feel that age is so frivolous when it comes to things like relationships, as well as smoking and drinking ages, but that's a whole different topic. It's all about how intelligent you are. The teacher wasn't preying on the 13 year old, they had what seems to be a very adult relationship. Everyone involved was totally fine with it happening, so there shouldn't be a problem. It's their business, not ours or the governments.
Would you say the same if a 24yr old man was having sex with a 13 yr old girl? What age do we stop, what about 30? 50? The woman was the adult. Teens have hormones and want to have sex but she should know better than to prey on a child
I really can't at people defending this. No matter how mature a thirteen year old may come off, they're still kids. A twenty four year old woman with a teaching job works, pays her bills, makes her own appointments, can legally consume alcohol, drive a car etc...
A thirteen year old is a kid that has to go to school by law, lives with a guardian that they are dependent on for food/transportation/living space, and cannot work legally let alone work to support a child of their own because they probably still have a weekly allowance given to them by their parents BECAUSE of their inability to work. How is that normal?
This is terrifying, and not at all funny. A grown woman having sex and getting pregnant with a middle-schooler ELEVEN YEARS her junior?! A 13-year-old is still developing physically, emotionally, and mentally, and no matter how that boy might have acted, she was the adult and she knew better. She needs to be locked up, **** her and this kid's awful parents.
The people in here trying to defend the entire thing saying that there was consent on all sides... I'm sorry, but if you're a thirteen year old, you (rightfully) cannot legally give consent to your teacher to have sex with them.
I mean, if the parents were cool with it, I don't really see the big deal. Y'all are thirsting after guys double your age all the time.
The age restriction thing is there to protect children from being taken advantage of, but they both seem to be very sound of mind about the whole thing.
