I don't agree with having children since they run a higher risk of genetic disorders, but simply being together shouldn't generate such hate. We obviously don't understand their love. It's between them and them only. So why judge them like straights have done to gays for decades?

I think most people are judging the fact that she's pregnant already with his child, not that they're getting married.

Incest doesn't automatically cause genetic mutations. It's a problem when there is a hereditary health defect that would get concentrated through incest whereas breeding with a non-family member will more likely dilute the gene.
Take for example a "carrier" of a certain bad allele. That's when a person has a disease or sickness in their genes but they don't have it. They are simply carrying it. If they mate with someone who's not a carrier of said allele, there is a very low chance the disease will be passed on. And if the family keeps breeding with non-carriers the chances of passing on the disease get smaller and smaller.
But let's say you breed with a sibling. You are both carriers so your offspring will have a higher chance of getting whatever genetic disorder runs in your DNA.

You're kind of neglecting to think of both what KB. said and the fact that these offspring are, for various reasons, at a higher risk in general for mutations occurring outside of a predisposition to genetic disorders.
