Her core fans will buy the album. Pop fans will buy the singles and album. Country fans will buy the country singles and some the album. That's still a lot of people.
It seems like her label don't care if country radio doesn't play her next single straight away, as they will when she does promo.
I know it's hard for some people to grasp, but artists get bored of the genres they're shoehorned into.
