The title does sound like a anthem and there were rumors that the song is a power ballad so I don't know.... Maybe the darkchild song ? I Forgive you ?
I Forgive You sounds less of an anthem then Let Me Down look at both of the songs lyrics IMO. I guess it depends on what they mean by anthem. Since U Been Gone was considered an anthem right? I think in todays world when we hear 'anthem' we assume something along the lines of Born This Way, F***in Perfect, Who Says, and others that I cannot think of atm lol.

The War Is Over sounds so interesting because the title could go so many different ways in sound. But also either way an anthem nonetheless and like you said the title sound the most like one
The War Is Over is suppose to be a mid temple ballad according to some sources so thats my concern with that. Would be great for a 3rd single, but this lead single is suppose to be a huge summer smash anthem. I can see Let Me Down smashing like no other with those lyrics, kellys vocals, and add summer time to that. It just screams hit.

For some reason when I hear I Forgive You I just picture screaming "I FORGIVE YOU" to a crazy beat that darkchild talks about and he mentions that her vocals killed it so we KNOW this track is going to go hard.
