I counted the week ending January 3rd as 2009 rather than 2010, since the majority of the days in the week were spent in the prior year and not 2010 (December 28, 29, 30 and 31 vs Jan 1, 2, 3). So, using my system, Ke$ha spent 6 weeks at #1 in the 2010s and 3 weeks at #1 in the 2000s.
My dates are accurate to the Sunday, whereas Billboard's dates are 13 days ahead for whatever reason. Mine reflect the weeks in which the peak actually occurred.
