I hate when the paparazzi stalk a celebrity, follow their every move & then make a random negative headline out of a little thing they do. The paparazzi will convert any random action into a tabloid; I wouldn't be able to stand myself if I had such a job.
Anyway, if the paparazzi followed most of us down the street & by our homes, the tabloids wouldn't be all perfect either. If you all have ever been to a city, literally thousands of people walk by a homeless person without giving them money. It's cruel to attack just Ciara for it when about 1/3 people is guilty of doing it. But it's not an evil act. Some homeless people take the money & buy more drugs, rather than buying necessities with it. A streetgoer isn't going to know what the homeless person will do so sometimes they just can't make the decision & don't give the money. I don't blame her at all. Hopefully she is doing other things to help the poor in a more overall sense, such as donating to an official charity that will help the poor who actually WANT help.
Oh, & she is VERY rich, clearly. Those attacking her salary might be jealous of the paycheck. I don't know how much it is but Ciara is getting the dollars.
Was she required to give him money? - No. She might have met 10 homeless people on her way and given them some money for all we know...and its just that the paparazzi caught her the eleventh time when she didn't.
