Microsoft announced that their next gen console will have some "unique" features. In ALOT of gamers eyes, "unique" actually translated to terrible. Sony, after taking a few tumbles with the PS3, announced that their next system will not have those features. Yada yada, shots fired, yada yada Microsoft ****ed up.

Oh and Sony priced their console $100 less than Microsoft's.

I had both the PS1 and PS2. I only got the Xbox 360 because I felt the PS3 was way too expensive.

The only console I still have the most fun with is the N64 (I'm so sad mine died), but I think I'm going to make the complete switch to PC gaming and just stick with my 360 (for Kinect).

The fact that PS4 is going to have an online membership thing which you have to pay for is exactly Sony's backflipping and backlashing I'm talking about. First they talk about how they would never make their gamers pay to play online but after noticing how terrible their servers are, going down multiple times for long ass times, they start making their gamers pay for playing online.
