The song is taking off. It's top 3 on Alternative, getting close to Top 40 on Top 40 and should be going Top 50 on Hot AC.

They're not. It's a new song by a "new" indie-pop band and was just sent for adds. It's climbing and doing fine.

Considering they are fairly new and do not have any prior hits, they are doing amazingly well. The updates are really good.

We Are Young is, in essence, very radio-friendly. The chorus is monstrous, memorable & made to be remembered. It's anthemic.
It's only because the band is unknown. Once radio jumps in, they will jump on hard. Get ready for one of the most overplayed songs of 2012.
